I want to thank each and everyone of you on this site. We are in uncharted territories. I personally am working from home right now and the rest of the US is scrambling to do the same. I have spent most of this week setting up customers for various 'Work From Home' scenarios.

Some of them more complex than others.

Searching this site has added a lot of tools to my tool box in order serve my customers and keep them safe.
We are all in this together, and together we will get through this troubling time.

Once again, Thank You.

Sincerely,
Cory Byrd

Amen to that, this has been one of the busiest weeks I can remember with all the remote work to twin or forward callers. Then to allow them to disable this remotely or on a time schedule.
Stay safe everyone.

Up here in Canada too! Absolutely crazy

We've had to upgrade so many systems to R11 the last two weeks so people could get licensing to for power users. It's ridiculous.
So many remote phones, so many communicator installs, so many Avaya A1S quotes and PLDS files. I see it when I close my eyes at night.

Same here (Canada too)

this is the first time I open Tek-Tips this week because it is 6pm on Friday and I am calling it quits after 50 hours.
Upgraded 2 systems after hours and working remote.

1 good thing is that I already worked from home 3-4 days a week and was mostly setup.
I added another 2 screens and have now 4 to work on which helps cutting down the time to go from tab to tab and you can see if something happens.

Calls are so busy that providers can't keep up and PRI's are not connecting reliably because there is congestion in the back end.
Busy Telecom times, better than working in a restaurant or airline (and more) having been laid off for now. I feel for these people that lose their jobs over this and hopefully the government will at least pay them their money without them having to go through hell again in addition of the stress they already have by getting laid off with no certainty when they are going back.

To all out there, stay safe and wash your damn hands [poke] when you return from a service call.

Wow man I got my answer! Thanks westi, my post: ip office 10 twining issue or carrier?
Was a bust as I didn't get any help on it here.
But now I have an answer.
PRI's are not connecting reliably because there is congestion in the back end.
Thanks
Just wish I would have had the answer three days ago. I guess everyone has been so busy
no time for tips.
