Hi – when I use a search engine all the previous searches I have made are logged, for instance if I start typing into the Google search engine lets say something beginning with “P” then all the previous searches beginning with “P” scroll down under the search box – this can be helpful or NOT, is there a log file I can delete to stop this from happening?

Load the Google Toolbar. The word Google on the left has a drop down menu to clear the history.
