The telephone does not ring with Bridge Appearence Buttons

Hi,

This is my situation:

I have a telephone (SECRETARY) configured with multiple Bridge Appearance Buttons.

The users configured on these Bridge Appearance Buttons belong to a Hunt Group (SALES). If no user in the group answers the call, it is transferred to the Overflow Group (RECEPTION) where SECRETARY is the only member.

The problem is that when the Overflow Group receives a call, the SECRETARY extension does not ring (Only is displayed). This happens because the Bridge Appearance Buttons are configured as “No Ring”. If I set the buttons as “Ring or Immediate”, the calls in the Overflow Group ring again.

We want the calls to the Overflow Group ring and the calls on the buttons are only displayed.
Does anyone know what settings to use?
