That is the message I get trying to connect to a POP mail account hosted by an ISP. I am trying to access it using Outlook 97 and 98 on Win95/98 clients through a Microsoft Proxy server with a Permanent connection to the same ISP.<br><br>All clients can browse the net using this connection via the proxy.<br><br>Help Please....
