I have a large number of reports that are failing daily after running for 2-3 hours (normal run time is no more than 10 minutes) with the error message "The table could not be found. File D:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Data\procsched\servername.reportjobserver\filename.rpt".

It is only happening for reports against this database, the same reports run against the same version of the database at other sites are running normally. So, I'm leaning towards it being an issue with the db, or at least the table that they run against. But, as some of you may know, it's like pulling teeth to get the vendor that supports it to entertain the idea that the issue may be on their end.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi,
Is the Oracle user correctly defined in the report with the correct password..Can you access that table from the CE machine, using SqlPlus and the same user/pass/tns_alias as is used in the report?

Yes, I failed to mention that these reports will eventually run through CE when I hit Run Now.

Hi,
By 'eventually run' do you mean that it still takes a long time?
Does it prompt you for any info ( like User/Pass )?

No, by eventually run, I mean they may fail 1 or 2 more times but will run successfully in the normal amount of time eventually. The usernmae/pass are already set, so there's no prompt.

Hi,
Any error messages in the event log?
