The system cannot find the file specified

IIS 4 running perfectly, I installed Frontpage 2002 server extensions for a client, now I can't add any new sites, all I get for these is "The system cannot find the file specified".
I have uninstalled FP 2002 server extensions and reload service pack 6a. Still no luck.

Any help greatly appreciated
