Does anybody know if there's a way to move the stage itself rather than what's on the stage? All I want to do is have room around the edges of my flash movie when I export it as an HTML, if I just make the document size bigger, the movie is off center and other than moving all of the stuff every key frame, I don't know what else to do.

You can just put a margin around your Flash object in the HTML, either with CSS or table.
