The Splash Screen displayed when Notify will stay on screen.

Found Solution in Groupwise user guide "Startup Options"

The startup option is "/bl"

Open Groupwise Notify Properties and in the target line add the switch to the end of the line, make sure you leave a space.

example:
C:\Novell\GroupWise\notify.exe /bl

This switch will not allow the Groupwise splash screen to be displayed when you start notify.

I have tried it and it does work.

Try a video card driver update just for kicks. It may be nothing related to GW.

I get the similiar issue from time to time on different machines, it happens to me with GW Notify. It normally happens when another screen pops up in front of it (in my case it generally is GW IM). It seems if I clear the offending screen too quickly, then GW does not clear the splash screen correctly.

For me it just a little annoying, but not really an issue.
