The Sims 2 and DirectX9c.

Hi,
I´ve instaled The Sims 2, the original, but everytime I try to run it I get an error asking me to install DirectX9c, wich is already installed !!! I´m running WinXP-Pro + SP1 +Last video drivers (Nvidia-Omega). Other games like Far Cry, NFSU, runs without problems.

Try re-installing your newest video card drivers and then reinstall DX. You can also run dxdiag from the run command and verify you have the right version and that there are no conflicts.
