The SetOption method

Can anyone tell me how to use the SetOption method in VBA to turn off the Confirm changes checkboxes located in?

Tools -> Options -> edit/find tab -> confirm boxes

there are three options I need to turn off.

Record Changes
Document Deletions
Action Queries
