The semaphore timeout period has expired

Hi... I've just started receiving this error on one of my backup jobs:

Storage device "QUANTUM 001" reported an error on a request to write data to media.

Error reported:
The semaphore timeout period has expired.

^ ^ ^ ^ ^

I've searched veritas.com for this error, and there is only one entry, which doesn't seem to apply.... Anyone got any ideas on this?

In my case I just update the latest driver of SCSI driver and set SCSI parity checking to OFF at SCSI setup.
