I get this error while trying to import an excel spreadsheet how can I get around this error it is very important thank you

Without staring at the sheet, the only advice I can give you is to save it as a CSV file in Excel. Then Import the CSV (text File) in Access. Be sure to specify a comma as the field delimiter and the double quote as the text delimeter (hopefully you don't have double quotes in your data).
