I need to make a database of academic scholarship recipients. What I want is to have a form that when you choose a "Academic Year" from a combo box and a "Scholarship Title" from another that it displays the recipients of that scholarship for that year in a subform or text boxes on at the bottom of the form. I already have a table with the scholarship information (title, account number) and a table of the academic years (1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002..etc.), and a table with the students information (name, social security number, amount of award). I am using Access 97, if that matters. Please help!

I am trying to understand what your problem is. Besides the tables, what have you done so far? Terry M. Hoey

I have a form made with the combo list boxes. The problem is getting the user entered information from the combo boxes to display the filtered data of the scholarship recipients.
