The RTF reader encountered an error (error #0). [106]

I'm having a problem retrieving the text from a document saved in Word 2002 in RTF to a Quark 4.1 document. I didn't have this problem with Word 2000. Is there a compatibility issue with Word 2002 and Quark 4.1? Any fixes I should know about?

QuarkXPress 4.x has a filter MSword 6-8 which can import files from Word 6 to Word 8 (word 98). Thus word 2000 files cannot be imported to QuarkXPress 4.x as this feature is available in QuarkXPress 5.x. As a workaround, fom Word 2000 u can downsave the file to word 98 or 97 or 96 an d then import it into QuarkXPress. It should work fine....
