The request failed with HTTP status 401: unauthorized

I am in the process of moving reporting services from a single IIS/SQL server to a two node NLB IIS server. The SQL 2005 Server will be moved from the old single IIS/SQL server to a two node OS cluster with Database mirroring. I have configured the IIS settings to match the old server, but I am getting the above error when trying to conenct to my reportmanger

https://reportshare.thegmcgroup.local/reports

I can access the list of report via

https://reportshare.thegmcgroup.local/reportserver

BUT get the error when trying the previous URL

Any ideas?

Windows 2003 Server
