The Remote Procedure Call Failed -- Exchange

I am running BE 8.6. I am attempting to attach to Exchange mailboxes and receive the following error after I specify the mailbox that BE will use:

"The Remote Procedure Call Failed".

I click OK then receive:

"The RPC Server is unavailable".

Anyone have any insight as to the cause of this?
