One of my users gets this message when trying to send to an AOL user and the mail is never sent.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

> The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a=
> ;p=STRATTONCOUNTR;l=STRATTONCOUNT01-010607190030Z-97
The MTS-ID contains the names of our servers.
One other user can send the mail to the same account, but another cannot. Any ideas?
