The receptionist is x 321
3 additional people ( x300,301,302) need to answer dial 0/timeot calls from AA.

Can I set up a calling group for all 4 (e.g. 777) and create a mailbox for 777 as a general mailbox for unanswered calls?

set the timeout dial 0 to an adjunct or MFM then add primary coverage to all stations(upto 8) that should get the calls.
