Hi!
We select a customer in a combobox to find related data in a form. the data are connected to a table in SQL server. The problem we got is the customer is not we selected sometimes. This is happened just for several customers but most is OK.
BTW if data are connected to Access table everything is OK.
Please your help and thanks a lot in advance!

so it's a specific query getting back the different results?? SQL Server and Access differ in their Query syntax...you should post your request...

Hi! chechai:
Thank you for your fast response. May be I didn't explain our problem clearly.
We use the same form and same combobox in Access 2000. The difference is that the record suorce from different table. One is using Access table and onother one is using table form SQL server connected by ODBC. The query used in combobox is same, only the data from Access or SQL server. The query results are same because two tables have the same data.
We select the custom name from combobox. After selected the form will display the selected customer's data. The problem is when we use SQL data, the customer data is not we want. It displays another custom's data. This problem is for several customers only. We select one customer, the another customer's data display and always is for that customer.
Please help and thanks again!

checkai did not misunderstand you. MS Access and MS SQL Server do NOT use the same SQL syntax. The basic syntax is the same, but that's all.

Does your code use IIF? That will work with Access but will fail with SQL Server since there isn't any IIF in SQL Server. Dates and times are not handled the same way either. Looking at your code (which checkai asked for) will help us point out code that won't work with SQL Server.
