Hi. I am using Windows XP Home Edition. A week ago I had Norton AntiVirus 2002 running on my machine, and because my subscription to the definitions ran out, I decided to install Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional. So what I did was UNINSTALL NAV 2002 first and rebooted. Then I installed NAV 2003 Pro. Everything went smoothly. But only today I found out that when you Right-Click an item and the menu appears, the "Scan with Norton AntiVirus" option has been blanked out, meaning I cannot use it. It worked before when I had 2002, but why not now? If anyone here knows how to correct this problem, please offer your help. Thanks!
