The "0xC000040C" error code while using Smart Card on ActivClient application.

Hi Guys,
I am getting this weird error while logging onto one of our dev server using ActivClient 7.0.1 and Smart Card. I've even uninstalled the ActivClient and installed to a downgrade version 6.2 but I get the same error. I have even pointed my server to another few other domain controllers for the revocation certificate but still get the same error. All other servers which have ActivClient installed are working fine.
