The process SuperAgent generate a segmentation fault core dumped

Hi
When I do a optstatus -f
I found that the process SuperAgent is not running
when I try to start the process
su : /usr/lnms/bin/sa_init
I obtain the following message
Starting Optivity SuperAgent.
834 Segmentation Fault - core dumped

I already

validated the Optivity DB : looks ok
stop and start all optivity process
reboot the server

Hope you can help
