In responce to my last questions on Mitel Password reset, a responder has suggested 3 tech credits as not unreasonable cost to reset. Does anybody know how much this cost to reset a Mitel password? and what is the porcess is? and how long it will take to complete?

there is a form to fill out and an Indemnification Letter to send to your Tam (last time I checked)
Check with your Tam for costs and necessary documentation to fill out, the doc is "Defaulting the Password".

Call technical support. The cost is 3 credits. You get the cost of credits from Mitel Technical support.
Generally takes a few days, unless you have everyone rush. It involves you, your TAM, your customer and Mitel legal.
