The problem is

I cant use MSN messenger with ISA server

Installation Details

1)I setup ISA server with intergration feature (web proxy and firewall) - ISA SP1 is installed

2)By default when i create "Access Policies" , protocol rules to allow all ip traffic which applies to Any request

Result: With this rules i can access MSN Messenger

3) but when i change the rules to applies to user and group i can't sign in to MSN messenger, infact i can't use any other application the use winsock or other messenger such as Yahoo

What is the right way to configure MSN Messenger behind ISA ?
