The price leve/UofM Combination problem

Hello,
We have several Service Calls with a problem when we are trying to sell parts
The error message is : The price level/U of M combination is not included in the price list for this item"
I already tried to setup the price list for the items with this problem and looking on MS Knowledge base with no luck

We are running on GP 7.5 and we have this problem for several months now.

Just checking:

Do you have Omni Price from

installed?

It can give this message if you have it set up not to allow items to be sold unless they are on a contract.

On the inventory?
Oh we do not have Omni Price installed

If you don't have Omni Price, the contract comment is not relevant.

What service pack of GP 7.5? Have you looked at KB article # 850454:

That also talks about currency, but may be a similar issue.

If that's not it...are there some items that don't give this message and others that do? What's different about them?
