The POS does not start - HDD led is not lit up

ITS A Radiant POS ... when the press the on button .. all leds turn on like power , but not the hdd .


and the pos does not start ,

Un plug it , press in the red power button for about 15 seconds, plug back in. If it still won't work it could be the board, the back light or memory card.

Some terminals don't have hard drives.

it hangs when it comes to ( press ctrl s to enter menu ) screen ..

It looks like it may need rinb re-imaged. Can you access the f8 menu. Can u give me the complete model #

it passed to windows 2 or 3 times in about 20 restart .. it hangs at the welcome page thou .... the model is p1520 - 0041

press f8 on windows bootup - try last known good configuration.

no , still not working ... the screen looks like have some trouble too ... it changes color and small some parts of show rainbow colors ... like if the vga card is malfunctioned ! .. could it be the board ? and is it available at normal suppliers or must be asked for from radiant distributor ?
