Hi. Does anyone have the pin out diagram for the DB Connector for a pc video monitor to a 42" Plasma screen?

Here' s some back ground fo our situation:

Our Desk top computer is situated approximately 75 feet away from our 42 inch plasma screen. I' m using 15 conductor, stranded, 22 AWG type wire, DB15 connectors, and a Video Monitor A/B box.
