hi,
when I add a subreport, it shows me:

"the page size was not large enough to format the contents of an object in the report"

whatever I change the format in subreport, does not work.

anybody can help? Thanks!

Frances

Are you by any chance placing this in a page header or page footer? Try adding the subreport to a group section instead.

As LB refers to, state specifics:

You might also place it in the report header or report footer.

Frances,

Do you have the subreport linked to the main report (by clicking with the right mousebutton on the subreport (in the main report) and then in the menu to [change subreport links].

If the links are not (or not quite correct) set then the database information in the subreport can be too much.
Crystal reports notifies you by telling you that the amount of information cannot be placed on one page (and trying to find another page will of course result in the same error)
