The Page Server you are trying to connect to is not accessible

Hi,

I've recently installed Crystal Enterprise 10, and when trying to preview the example reports within the CMC, either on the test server itself or on my PC, I get the error 'The Page Server you are trying to connect to is not accessible. Please contact your system administrator.'

I've set up all the services to log on as administrators and have tried stopping and restarting all services, but with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi,
In addition to starting the services, you need to 'enable' them as well..Can be done through the CCM ( or also in the CMC).
