Hi Guys,
I have a site that the IE6 cannot get access to, got "The Page Cannot Be Displayed". Checked Cipher Strenghth: 128 bit; checked the other securied site, fine to log in. Other sites are fine to log in. My Win2000 with IE6 is fine to log in to this site. I applied SP6, no luck. Any advise? Thanks a lot!

Is this an intranet site? If not, what is the address?

Hi mickyjune26,
thanks for reply! This site can be accessed by other XP, 2000 machines with IE6 without issue! It is a secured site(log in required). This machine can go to other secured sites. Thanks again!

Do a "Find" file on your pc and locate your HOSTS folder. If there is an entry in the HOSTS file for the problem site, delete it.

Thanks, carrr,

I did "find" and no entry can be seen in HOSTS file. Any other suggestions?

Thanks again!

Did you try deleting the browser cache?
