The package could not be started ... err. 4155

I've got several errors 4155 in event viewer:

'The package could not be started under the debugger
because it is configured to run as a different identity.
CoRegisterClassObject (Package: System)
(Microsoft Transaction Server Internals Information:
File: d:\viper\src\runtime\mtxex\cpackage.cpp, Line: 1107)'

Have anyone any idea what is wrong?

I cleared this problem by deleting all the components from MTS and then adding them again.
