When we touch the Options button (hard button), we hear a 'beep'but there is no response otherwise. We can't relabel buttons, can't verify settings, the button is simply disabled. Any suggestions? It is happening to 10 phones recently installed in one location. There are no 4625 phones in this location with the Options button working.
