I have a client who is getting this error on R11 build 11 (latest). They have no users with Softphone checked. They do have Power Users who are using One-x and Equinox, but nobody is trying to use communicator. Any thoughts on why this error is appearing and how to get rid of it?
 
Equinox is Communicator 3.0 is you look in the SIP headers.

Thank you! I didn't realize that. Problem solved. They have (17) users configured with (15) licenses. I should have verified that before posting.
 
Not your fault for not knowing that 'Communicator' is 'Flare' is 'Equinox' is 'IX Workplace' - Avaya do love a name change. You just found that even their own people can't keep up.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
