the number of accessible cylinders less than the all cylinders

The number of accessbile cylinders is 7506 , less than 7508.
why ? Where the remaining 2 cylinders go ?

As far as I know, Solaris reserves two cylinders for it's own use, operations management, housekeeping etc.
