Hi

Does anyone know anything at all regarding the release of the Multi Media Module for CCC v5?

The last I heard was that it was supposed to go on general release at the end of March but never surfaced?

Does anyone have any experiance of any other products that would do the same thing?

Any info would be greatly appreciated as I ordered it last August when it was supposed to come out...

MMMv5 has been killed by Avaya. I would look at Zeacom for a much better solution for Call Center and MMM features.
