"The network path was not found"
I can ping tracert using name and IP but I cannot access to share files.
I don't no more ideas.

check the share and ntfs permissions, make sure you have authority to access the share,

Once you have tried Roadki11's suggestion and still can't access the share.
Try access the share using it's ip
net use Z: \\ip\share /user:domain\username password
If you can then it must be a DNS issue.

Is you 2003 server also your DNS server? If it is make sure it is your preferred dns server in ip settings. Have you been able to access it in the past? If you have chances are you don't have access or it doesn't exist anymore.

Hi All,
Within the same domain I can access it, by both name and IP.
But for someone in a different domain, I got the error spefify "una...." I use to get enter your username and password, not anymore.
