have a cluster of two controllers:
Controller A: contains all IP phones (release: MiVB 7.2 SP3)
Controller B: Contains Digital and Analog phones
- Internal calls between IP extensions (in A) show the name and extension of the caller
- Internal calls between digital extensions (in B) shows the name and extension of the caller
- If an IP extension (in A) calls a digital extension (in B), the digital extension sees only the extension number of the caller, not the name.
- if a digital extension (in B) calls an IP extension (in A), the IP extension see's the name and extension of the caller
I checked in the IP Trunk COS, the following options:
- Name removal on outgoing Trunk call: set to NO
- Suppress Delivery of caller Display ID between sets: set to NO
What else can prevent the name of the extension from appearing in a cluster environment?
Thank you

The systems have the same COS index for Ip Trunk, and this COS it´s sharing across the systems? Is possible that system A and system B don´t have the same COS and you don´t checked both of them?

Options to check:
- Calling Party Name Substitution
- Name Suppression on Outgoing Trunk Call
- Calling Name Display - Internal - ONS
- Prefer Name for Call Information
- Suppress Delivery of Caller ID Display between Sets
- Hot Desk External User – Display Internal Calling ID
- Originator's Display Update In Call Forwarding/Rerouting
