Can someone help me with this error.I'm trying to support a user and he continually gets this error.I have never heard about it or seen it.We have already attempted to reinstall OFF 97. Thanks in advance.

"The Microsoft Exchange address book was unable to log on to the Microsoft Exchanger Server computer"

Oh, and this is for token remote access.
