the mail boxes seems to not be saved?

when I save with veritas backup, it seem to work fine with the exchange data bases, but when I try to save the messages that are containing in the mail boxes, because the check boxe are desactived, what is the problem?

I used an administrator login,and the server exchange is installed in the same computer of the backup server.

I would recomment that you go to this site:

type mailbox or exchange in the search box and see which of the technotes fits your problem. There should be a solution in that knowledgebase for you.
