The LP print service stops automatically !

Hi, I have one problem in my SCO OpenServer 5.0.5 box.
The lp print service is running and works ok, but frecuently its stops, and the lpstat -t shows this message :

"UX:lpstat: ERROR: The LP print service isn't running or can't be
reached.
TO FIX: Your request can't be completely handled
without the LP print service. If this
problem continues, get help from your
system administrator.
scheduler is not running
system default destination: printer"

I can start it another time, and it works well, but it stops automatically another time after a few minutes.

Any help for me?.
Where I can view the log of this service to understand why it stops ?.

The logs are in the

 /var/spool/lp/logs

directory.
You can also lok at the

 /var/adm/syslog

file.
