I have a user (secretary) that has FULL access to her boss's calendar. The secretary can view the entire calendar, but cannot open any individual item to view it's contents. The secretary gets the message "The linked doc....".
I have checked or tried the following :
-- The secretary has the correct rights in the boss's Preference area.
-- I deleted and recreated the secretary in the boss's Preference area.
-- I setup two other users similar in rights to the secretary, and both users had no trouble accessing the boss's calendar.
-- I "Replaced Design" on both the secretary and boss.
-- I Ctrl+Shift+F9 (rebuild views) on the secretary's PC while in both the secretary's and boss's Inbox.
-- I Ctrl+Shift+F9 on the boss's PC.
-- I did a Load Fixup on both the secretary and boss's database.
If there is any other thing I can try, please let me know.
