Can you believe that race? An incredible run from behind by a 50 to 1 horse from nowhere, New Mexico. It was an astonishing feat that has definitely made the record books for a long time. If this horse can take the triple crown, it will be history that will stand forever. Im not a racing fan except for the TC, and have picked the winner for ten years,{tho' never placing a bet}I picked #10, oh well.

It was amazing, especially the overhead shot that showed Mine That Bird squeezing through the gaps after being so far behind. He made the others look like they were standing still.

I'm another who watches, at most, three horse races per year. And the third only happens if there's a Triple Crown possibility.

the horse was probably on steroids...the book will be out next week "Mine that Bird...A Steroid Story" but I'm sure the will all deny it...

She's advanced to the Preakness, so the odds will be low for that race. If she makes it to the Belmont I will be surprised. Truly "an 'orse of a diffr'nt colour"

Seems to be a year for outsiders, a 100-to-1 horse won the Grand National this year (which is the UK's horse-race-that-people-who-don't-watch-horse-races-watch)
