the jobs doesn't execute

hello, my problem is the jobs. When i start a job inmediatly, the job are in the state: run, but doesn't copy at the dat and the dat don´t have nothing. no errors and the sofware are licensing and the ntbackup is disable
The arcserve is the 2000 whit SP3 and de dat is hp40e and the servers are dell with windows 2000 SP2.

Make sure it isn't because of terminal services or something.
