The jobmon could not find user definition in internal table 1

If anyone has any expertise in Tivoli and Windows perhaps you may know how I should go about solving this...

When the TWS runing some jobs, i received one FAILED status. I saw the line of this process in the file SRV_TWS and the message error is : "The jobmon could not find user definition in internal table".

I need one help about this.

I have just encountered this with our installation, make sure the user (maestro or twsuser or whatever) is added as an NT User.
