I am using Excel from Office 2000, when I access the Help System for VBA, all I can use is "Contents". When I click on the "Answer Wizard" or "Index" tabs, the cursor changes to a "size window left/right" one and will not allow typed input.

I have run the Detect and repair option without success.

Any ideas of how to get VB Help to work again?

Help in Excel, Word etc. if fine.

Thanks, I've tried all the tips there I think, but it still doesn't work.

I've removed Office, deleted the files, even removed the Office 9.0 entries in the registry, then reinstalled Office and it still doesn't work.

Maybe it's time I need to reinstall Windows 98. :-(

Thanks for trying though.

I periodically have the same problem. For me, though, it seems to go away just as mysteriously as it appears. Please do post back here if you manage to overcome the problem...
