We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. Since changing the individual user's computers to Windows 7 one person (so far) has had a problem with a few incoming emails. Each time the email from a particular sender is opened the font changes, sometimes even to a barcode type font. Open the email it is a small font-close it and then open it again immediately and the font is bigger. Close it and open it again and it might be a barcode font. It is happening only for 2 or 3 senders (all from outside the company)and did not happen prior to Windows 7 installation. Anybody had anything like this and does anybody know why? Thanks for any help.

Sue

The character set or font in use on the senders machine isn't on your users machine so Windows makes a 'guess' at what the nearest equivalent that is installed.

Thank you. The font change had not been happening with XP but it makes sense that Windows 7 and XP may not have the same character set. May have even been a character set from something else that had been installed on that computer. Thanks again
