Hello,
Some users in our organization Complains that they can not send some emails to some external e-mails. they recive
The following organization rejected your message:
after I searched intenet I found that our dns when I do nslookup from out side the organization can not resolve the reverse record.
from IP to FQDN.
but from inside the organization the reverse record it works fine . even I do the reverse record in our public dns.
any help.
 
Contact your ISP, they have to set up reverse DNS for you.
 
I have the dns we are an ISP, and I did the reverse dns.
 
Check from external internet account: nslookup YourPublicIP, and see what is showing. If doesn't show you external address of mail server, example: mail.domain.com, then be sure reverse DNS is configured properly.
