The folder isn't accessible.....error please help

I can't get into any of my websites, I just bought a new computer and transferred the files and settings and now it is giving me this error :


The folder isn't accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable volume or protected with a password.

Can anyone help me? Thanks

You can't open them with FrontPage? Is that when you get the error?

Navigate to the folders you want access to in explorer, right click on the folder and go to Properties and make sure they aren't read only.

I have a similar problem. I've got FrontPage Server Extensions installed and they are not read only. All permissions seem correct. I've removed and installed FPSE on the server a couple of times.
