The filename of extension is too long

This is the scenario.
I have a code screen with an ado datacontrol on it called adoResrc It is
connected via DSN=MDS and cursor type is adoOpenStatic. When is want to
update a record I set do:
adoResrc.recordset.update

I fill in the fields and then do:
adoresrc.recordset.save

The I get the error:
It is a message box called Microsoft VIsual Basic.

It says: Run-Tiem Error -2147024690 (800700ce):
The filename of extension is too long.

THe DSN is "MDS" and the name of the table is tblResources.

You can't update a static cursor. Use keyset or dynamic instead.
