I am running an application developed by MySQL, PHP and hosted WAMP SERVER. This s sms application with different ways of loading recipients.(1)sending sms to one recipient (2)sending sms to multiple recipients but by choosing a targetted group defined within the application (3)Sending sms to multiple recipients but by uploading recipient through MS-Xcel file (4)Sending sms to multiple sms but by uploading recipients and messages through MS-Xcel file.
Options 1 & 2 work fine but when i do 3 & 4 the following error displays
"The filename C:\wamp\tmp\php395.tmp is not readable". I have tried to re-install WAMP but still the error persist.
